Terms of use
1. Delivery & Return
When you order from us at wearthestag.com, shipping and returns are free within Europe. At the moment, we only deliver within the EU.
2. Delivery Time
Once an order has been paid and confirmed, it will be shipped within 7 days. Delivery time is 1–3 business days within Sweden. International shipping may take up to 7–14 business days. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you and you have the right to cancel your purchase if you wish.
3. Get Your Notice by Email or Text
Once your order has been shipped from us, you will receive a delivery email with a tracking ID number. This can be used to track your package on PostNord’s website and to collect your order when it arrives at the service point. When the package has arrived at the service point, you will be notified either via SMS to your phone or by mail.
Note: You must always present valid ID when collecting your package.
4. Transport Damage
If the package and/or content is damaged when you get it, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and send you a new product.
5. Not Collected
Once you received the note about your package, you’ll have to collect your watch within 14 days, or Stag Watches will charge all customers a fee of the return. If you, for any reason, change your mind about the watch and want to return or exchange it, you have to contact us so we can confirm your return. Once your return is confirmed by us, the package has to be with us within 14 days or it will automatically be registered as unpaid and charged accordingly.
6. Right of Return
You always have the right to return your goods within 14 days from the date you received your package. If your order includes multiple items that, for any reason, have been shipped on different dates, your 14-day return period begins from the day you receive the last item.
Without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your return, your refund will be issued to the bank account used for the purchase. If you wish to cancel your purchase immediately, please notify us as soon as possible and we will process the cancellation right away.
As a customer, you are responsible for the actual cost of returning the goods. We kindly ask you to return your package as soon as possible in its original packaging.
The right to cancel your order applies to all products on our website wearthestag.com.
7. Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our watches.
The warranty covers:
If the product deteriorates during these 2 years, we are obliged to do one of the following:
- Repair the item
- Offer the customer a replacement product
- Reduce the price
- Provide a refund once the product has been returned to us
The warranty does not apply if the product has been used negligently. The warranty cannot always be guaranteed.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Incidents that occurred after the customer received the product
- Neglect of the product
- Unnatural or improper use of the product
- Failure to follow maintenance and service instructions
Watch straps are considered consumable items and are not covered by the warranty.
8. General Terms
Please note that you will have to have the guardian’s permission to shop at Stag Watches if you are under 18. All goods remain Stag Watches property until the full payment has been received. Stag Watches reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
